General Information

Outdoor Resort Indio is a Luxury Motor Coach Resort located in the beautiful Coachella Valley. This pristine area is a perfect location to enjoy the warm, dry winter season in our fantastic desert with it’s surrounding mountains and it’s breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. Our gated community is a tranquil setting with it’s numerous lakes and golf course giving you the relaxing atmosphere that you expect in a fine one-of-a-kind resort. The resort is designed for Class A motorhomes 34 feet and longer.

The social centerpiece of the resort is our luxurious clubhouse with all its amenities including a health spa, owners’ lounge and spacious ball room and dance floor.

Coach Site Information

There are a total of 419 coach sites at Outdoor Resort Indio. Many sites enjoy beautiful landscaping and lovely views. We have coach sites for resale and rent many of which surround our golf course and lakes.

Our coach sites are divided into two basic groups – Golf Course and Perimeter Privacy Lots.  The typical coach site is approximately 35’ or more wide and 65’ or more deep.  The coach sites all have 30-50 amp service available as well as cable television, telephone service, water and sewer.

Amenities

Outdoor Resort Indio amenities include a centrally located clubhouse with a catering kitchen, ballroom which will hold in excess of 400 people, owners’ lounge with billiard room plus card room and library. Add to that a health spa which features an exercise room with up to date equipment, showers and locker room, indoor Jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. Also included in the clubhouse area is an open WIFI internet service.

Outside you will find 4 swimming pools with jacuzzis, tennis and pickleball courts and a par 3 18 hole golf course and for your convenience we have 3 laundry facilities spread throughout the resort. Our in-resort cafe is open for breakfast and lunch during the busy season, preparing delicious meals for you. Our full time activities director keeps the owners, who wish to participate in events, busy throughout the season with daily and special events.

Location Information

Outdoor Resort Indio is located at 80394 Avenue 48 in Indio, CA, with the adjacent cities of La Quinta, Indian Wells and Palm Desert to our west. Palm Springs is approximately 25-30 minutes from our resort. 

From the West - take I-10 to the Jefferson St. exit, go south 3.3 miles on Jefferson to Avenue 48. Turn left on Avenue 48 and head east for .4 miles. Entrance to the resort is on your LEFT.

From the East – take I-10 to Dillon Road exit, go west (left) approximately 5 miles. Dillon Road will turn into Avenue 48 at Indio Blvd. but is the same street. Continue on it until you get to our resort. Entrance to the resort will be on north side of street. (right side of street)

Ownership Information

Outdoor Resort Indio is a Property Owners’ Association and owners hold clear title to their coach sites. Regular association fees cover the common expenses such as water, sewer, cable, trash pick-up, lawn care, staff, maintenance, 24 hour security and reserve funds. Current Association Dues as of October 2012 are $390.00 per month. Property owners are responsible for landscaping of their individual lots.
