Rentals

Pre-season rental information

All lots at ORI are owned by private owners. We ask all owners who are participating in the rental program to let us know of the availability of their lots in September. By October 1st we usually have a good idea of which lots will be available through the upcoming season.

For rates, up until October 1, 2020, our older rates will still be in effect (found on the individual rental listings below).

If you are considering an off-season rental, or want to be notified when 2020/21 seasonal rentals are available for booking, we invite you to call (800-892-2992) or email us (mnunez@drminternet.com) and we will be happy to help you with a booking.

Our rental rates are set by location and different quality levels of on-site amenities.  Every lot is individually owned and the general criteria within these categories may vary. Some rental sites are also for sale (selling price is displayed).

  • Standard: Concrete pad, table/chairs, umbrella and barbecue
  • Premium: Soft shade or lattice structure, small kitchen, table/chairs, barbecue (other amenities will vary)
  • Premier: Outdoor kitchen, additional seating and dining, hard cover pergola, ceiling fans, upgraded finishes, and more landscaping.  Inquire for fuller description of specific lot.


Minimum booking is 3 nights.
We are now taking reservations for 2020/21 season starting 10/1/2020.   There is a $10 per person/per day resort fee for extra guests (The resort fee for 2 guests is included in the daily/monthly rental).

Lot 339 Golf Course View (Premier)
Enjoy sunset cocktails with spectacular southwest mountain views on this premier golf course lot. The lot has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The outdoor kitchen has a gas barbeque, cooktop, oven, refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher, plus a dining table with seating for six as well as bar stool seating. The entertainment area has an outdoor tv, WiFi, firepit, and four cushy chairs. Two chaise lounges with an umbrella overlook the 12th hole of the golf course and the Santa Rosa mountains. The kitchen and entertainment area are under a covered pergola, which has ceiling fans, heat lamps, and retractable shades to help keep you comfortable in any season.
